The Arts Council of Wilmington/NHC is pleased to partner with Arts Council England for an exciting community residency featuring Signdance Collective. The touring performance company is a deaf and disabled artist-led culturally diverse company. From 1987 to 2000 SDC’s directors pioneered Signdance theatre, a mix of Sign-theatre, dance and live original music. Since 2001, with strong partnerships in Europe, the international work of SDC was established as a platform to further develop the art-form through collaborative practice.  For more information, contact Rhonda Bellamy at 910-343-0998.
