DESCRIPTION:The Wilmington Choral Society\, Wilmington’s oldest community choral group\, is delighted to present the first concert of our 75th anniversary year! Our 90+ voice chorus will present this concert titled “Sing On! Welcomes\, Blessings\, and Benedictions”\, featuring enlightening songs of comfort\, peace\, renewal\, and love. Selections include “May You Heal”\, Your Soul is Song”\, “Let the River Run”\, “Seasons of Love”\, and a timeless medley from Broadway’s “Carousel” and “The Sound of Music”\, among others. This journey of musical expression will be held on Sunday\, April 27th at 4:00 pm at The CFCC Wilson Center in downtown Wilmington. Tickets are on sale and can be obtained by either going to our website (The Wilmington Choral Society) or directly to the Wilson Center’s website (Wilson Center Tickets). We hope you’ll join us in experiencing the blessings of song as we begin celebrating our 75th season in Wilmington!
