In consideration of the Arts Council of Wilmington’s willingness to permit my work to be displayed as part of its Pedestrian Art program, I agree to sign a display agreement and liability waiver if my artwork is chosen for display. I further understand a description and photograph of my artwork may be used for promotional purposes. I will be responsible for installing and removing my artwork on the dates specified in the display agreement as well as maintaining the artwork during the display period. I also understand that the Arts Council of Wilmington assumes no liability for damage or theft and it is my decision whether or not to insure my artwork. I also acknowledge that the Arts Council of Wilmington, at its sole discretion, has the right to reject any artwork submittal.
