Brunswick County Parks and Recreation

Position: Club Rec Art Instructor

Club Rec is a program for individuals 18+ with intellectual/developmental disabilities to meet up, socialize, and participate in a variety of recreation activities. This will be held at Town Creek Park Community Center.

Thalian Hall

Position: CEO

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the successful leadership and management of Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts. The CEO works in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, the City of Wilmington, and the wider community to create and implement a long-term vision and strategic plan to sustain, preserve, and enhance Historic Thalian Hall and its role as a cultural hub in Wilmington, NC with a regional, state, national, and international presence.

WHQR

Position: Classical Host – Part Time

The Classical Host of WHQR Public Radio (Classical HQR) will work to execute the station’s overall mission through its classical music sound and content. Under the direction of the Program Manager, principal duty is hosting local weekday classical music programs. Note: WHQR Public radio operates two principal services: HQR news on 91.3 FM, HD1 and streaming; and Classical HQR on 96.7 FM, 91.3/HD2 and streaming.

Wilmington Symphony Orchestra

Position: Director of Development and Communications

The Director of Development and Communications leads the organization’s fundraising, internal and external communications, and marketing initiatives. This position works to increase and diversify funding while elevating the organization’s brand recognition and visibility at the community and thought-leader levels. Other responsibilities include database management for donors, students and musicians, and constituent relations activities that create a supportive climate for WSO’s growth.
