The Wilmington Conservatory of Fine Arts and nonprofit, Turning Pointe Dance Company, both established 2007, are pleased to announce an encore presentation of the classic story: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe from The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.

November 19th @ 7pm & 20th @ 3pm at the Wilson Center Stage.

This adaptation of the beloved novel was created and produced by Cory Smith in 2002, presented by WCFA dancers in 2014, and later reset in 2017 for the Wilson Center Stage. Now we invite you to join professional dancers and pre-professional students of WFCA, in this heartwarming, family-friendly show that will be presented once again on November 19th and 20th, 2022 at the Wilson Center Stage.

It is a tale loved by many because of its deep magic, unconditional friendship, courage, and redemption. Join siblings, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, as they explore their new home and, through the wardrobe, the expansive world of Narnia. Guided by Aslan and their quest for goodness and truth, experience the inspiration of their bravery and love. Accompanied by original narration and cherished musical composition. This show will be perfect for the whole family this holiday season.

In celebration of our fifteenth anniversary, Wilmington Conservatory of Fine Arts and Turning Pointe Dance Company are delighted to bring back this magical story.

This program is brought to the Wilson Center by Wilmington Conservatory of FineArts and Turning Pointe Dance Company , not affiliated with Wilson Center Presents or Cape Fear Community College.
